We’ve made the commission process as straightforward as possible: just fill in the Form for commissioning an artwork where you will state your preferred artist and present your idea.
Starting price points, estimated completion times and any other information regarding the commission process are provided upfront to ensure transparency every step of the way.

Owning an original piece of art doesn’t have to be a big expense reserved for those with deep pockets. At DLightful Gallery, we offer pieces to suit every budget, ranging from affordable art to investment-worthy creations by both established and emerging names.

Secure Art Buying: From the Gallery to Your Home
When you buy from the DLightful Gallery, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Purchases are made by direct bank transfer to avoid hidden fees and based on an invoice so everything is completely transparent.
After successfully purchasing or commissioning your art, we take care of the packaging and ensure that it’s promptly delivered from the artist’s studio to your door. We can also take care of framing your art (done in a small local business) and advise on shipping insurance for added peace of mind—both for an optional, additional fee. Packaging is also agreed on depending on your preference and the artwork itself (different artworks require different care).
Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming its provenance and ensuring it’s a valuable and genuine investment in art.
Please bear in mind that we don’t offer returns, but we’re here to provide advice and assist with any doubts and questions you might have during the process of choosing and purchasing your artwork.

Every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, and we deliver directly from the artist’s studio to your home.
We accept direct bank transfers based on an invoice we send you after you select your artwork. This ensures complete transparency and avoids hidden fees.
You have the right to return artwork within 14 days of receiving it, except for custom-commissioned pieces. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. You can read more about our process and policy in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
If you notice package damage upon delivery, refuse acceptance and photograph the damage. If you discover damage after unpacking, email us at hello@dlightfulservices.com within three days with your receipt number and photos.
We carefully package each piece according to its specific needs, using either cardboard boxes or wooden crates. Shipping insurance is available for additional peace of mind.
Yes! Simply fill out our commission form specifying your preferred artist and your idea. We’ll provide you with starting prices and estimated completion times upfront.
Yes, we can arrange framing through our local partners for an additional fee unless the artwork is already framed (in which case this is clearly stated on the artwork page).
