About us
Our team
Our expert team consists of passionate and dedicated individuals who, with their theoretical and practical knowledge, shape experiences in the world of art and culture. We provide support to those operating in these fields, particularly artists, artistic and cultural institutions, and scholars in the humanities.
In addition to our core team, we have developed a network of collaborators, further broadening the spectrum of our knowledge and skills. This integrated expertise allows us to provide comprehensive services. Together, we craft a dynamic and multidisciplinary approach to art management that offers unique artistic experiences and explorations.
At DLightful Services, we go beyond exploring and promoting art; we actively engage in shaping and conveying it to the audience.
Dora holds a PhD in Art History and an MA in English language and literature, with years of experience in exhibition organization and curation, graphic design, translation, and project management.
She has been a member of HULU Split (the Croatian Association of Visual Artists, Split) since 2016 and the Croatian section of AICA since 2022.
She has also been involved in the implementation of several research projects. Actively researching art, mainly that of the 20th century and contemporary art, she presents her research results in scholarly and scientific articles and at conferences.
She is currently an independent researcher and the owner of DLightful Services.

The premise
The official establishment of the business was prompted by the needs of other businesses for a project manager (similar to a professional organizer in many ways) who could help them manage their day-to-day tasks, schedules, and long-term projects.
However, the business simultaneously sprung out of the needs of creatives and businesses that needed our services as translators, graphic designers, and/or curators throughout the years.
Providing creative and intellectual services is a kind of leitmotif of the business. The only thing that will vary is the ratio of these services, depending on the client’s needs.
Our team has worked in various fields (within and outside arts and culture), which has broadened our horizons and allowed us to integrate all of this collated experience into one, broad set of services.
The people
From the very beginning of DLightful Services, or even through the founder’s volunteer and honorary work prior to establishing it, we’ve been helping artists and creatives by adding to their arsenal of skills and knowledge with our organizational skills and theoretical knowledge, while having the necessary practical knowledge and experience to relate to them.
On the flip side, we’ve helped those that were in need of a certain creative impulse, understanding the analytical side of their brains that often speaks an entirely different language to that of creatives.
The mission
Our mission is to make art as accessible and relatable as possible to the broadest public.
This means integrating various skills and knowledge for the promotion and betterment of art and culture.
By using our organizational skills and creativity combined, we help artists get organized and promote their art, while we help cultural and artistic institutions get more creative.
But we go beyond that and place our knowledge and skills to those working in other sectors as well.
We’re about doing meaningful work that helps people grow proffesionally, personally, creatively, and otherwise.
