Are these artist coaching services limited to artists in specific geographic regions?
Not at all. Our services are available to artists worldwide. While we offer Croatian-language Crits sessions for local artists, our English-language services welcome participants from any country, though being relatively fluent in English is recommended for ease of communication.
Can I switch between services or tiers if I find one isn’t right for me?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between services at the end of your billing cycle. Just contact us at least 7 days before your next payment to make changes.
How do the online sessions work? What technology do I need?
Sessions take place via video conferencing. You'll need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, or computer), and the ability to share images of your work digitally. We'll provide detailed instructions before your first session.
Do I need to have a formal art education to participate?
No. Both services welcome serious artists at any stage, regardless of formal education. What matters is your commitment to developing your artistic practice.
What is the difference between the Critical Muse and Crits?
The Critical Muse offers one-on-one personalized mentoring with complete privacy, while Crits are group sessions focused on community feedback.
How do I know the artwork is authentic?
Every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, and we deliver directly from the artist's studio to your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfers based on an invoice we send you after you select your artwork.
What is your returns policy?
You have the right to return artwork within 14 days of receiving it, except for custom-commissioned pieces.
What should I do if I receive damaged artwork?
If you notice package damage upon delivery, refuse acceptance and photograph the damage.
